Meet

My name is Appallonia “Apple” Rodrigues. I am an Associate Clinical Social Worker dedicated to supporting youth and young adults in building healthier relationships and mental well-being. With over 10 years of experience in various community and school-based settings, I have worked to address behaviors, habits, and beliefs that impact mental health.

During my time in graduate school, I served as the President of the Phi Alpha Honors Society, advocating for social change and raising awareness on key issues like heart health and food insecurity. My background in criminal justice and sociology has further shaped my understanding of social life, change, and human behavior, informing my holistic approach to social work.

In my practice, I emphasize a collaborative approach, working alongside clients to reach their goals through advocacy, counseling, education, and community resources. I am passionate about creating a supportive, non-judgmental environment where clients feel empowered to navigate their mental health and set healthy boundaries. My goal is to provide resources and guidance that help individuals live better, more fulfilling lives.
